I have lived at Fairfax for a little over 2 months now and I absolutely love it. I love everything about it. I live in a townhouse and it is so nice I feel like it is a home and not an apartment. I love my hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and the patio that I can actually put patio furniture on! I have recommended Fairfax to my friends and I received money off my rent when they moved in! It's such a good location I can walk to shopping and restaurants!

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW VERY CAREFULLY.I DEBUNK REVIEWS FOR A LIVING AND WILL GIVE YOU SOME INSIDE CLUE ON HOW TO TELL IF A REVIEW IS FAKE OR NOT.FIRST 98% OF REVIEWS ARE WRITEN BUY UNSATIFIED GUEST.THIS PERSON SEEMS VERY,VERY HAPPY.DOSE IT SOUND LIKE THE REVIEW IS TRYING TO SELL YOU SOMETHING?HARDWOOD FLOORS,LARGE PATIOS,MONEY OFF RENT?THE PERSON WHO WROTE THIS REVIEW WORKS FOR PEIRCERN....THEY NEED TO WRITE A MIN OF REVIEWS 1 EVERY 5 TO 6 MONTHS...DONT EVER EAT OR RENT FROM ANYWHERE WHO NEEDS TO USE THESE SIGHTS TO ADVERTISE...IT MEANS ITS REALY CRAP.
