You can hear everything through the walls. A lot of teens live here...some are drug dealers who have been in and out of jail or have been arrested. Lots of partying and loud music till all hours of the night. Cops around all the time. Doors and windows have been shot at and shattered by BB guns. Cars have been broken in to. Locked security door is always propped open so that people can come and go all night long which defeats the purpose of it locking automatically.

Apartment is large and spacious. Good size. They allow pets which is a plus. BIg kitchen but not enough counter space. Middle bedroom gets very hot in the summer...a/c does not cool off entire place. New windows are awesome! Bathroom is huge with double sinks. Pond in the back is nice if you have a water view. Ducks and Bunnies are all over the place. Located off of main steet with Daves Market, D'angelos, baskin robbins, dunkin donuts, walgreens, spikes hot dogs, gas station, and consignment all in walking distance!

Mirrors on medicine cabinet in bathroom are laiden with stickers and they will not come off. Rugs are stained from previous renter...they were supposably cleaned but I dont think so. Foyer is always dirty and dingy. Although it was repainted. Tools for repairs have been left for months untouched in vestibule. There are only 2 dumpsters for all the apartments and it is normally overfilled with trash spilling out. This place needs lights. I would never walk around outside at night. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
