It's nice, but pricey

It is very nice here. Quiet, air conditioning, nice new kitchen and bath. Grounds are gorgeous.
It's pricey though considering some of the "typical apartment complex frustrations" it still suffers from.
For example, the gym is just a show piece. There is ALWAYS at least one treadmill or stepper broken. This is a real problem since this complex has 500 units and the gym is really tiny (although there are pictures that make it look bigger than it is).
Another peeve is that this complex at times ignores state law and does not notify residents 48 hours before entering without permission. When they do things like checking fire alarms, they leave a notice the night before then come in while you're not home. They do leave a business card, but they are violating privacy and RI state law when they do this.
Other than that, it's a very nice, beautiful, private place. Nicer than your typical apartment complex, but very pricey.
