This place is not what it seems. They claim to have high standards as far as maintenance and groundskeeping. I've found this to be the opposite. First, their management doesn't seem to care when there are complaints of broken or inadequate equipment. For example, they have coin-operated laundry machines in each building. We have filed numerous complaints with the staff about these machines not working properly (driers not being hot, eating quarters, etc) and their response is "go to the laundromat". At this point, they refuse to give refunds on lost money in these machines, and don't seem to be concerned with replacing the machines, either. They don't take care of the sidewalks during the winter. Each time it snows, the snowplowing & sidewalk clearing are terrible. They don't care if the sidewalks are 8" deep in snow or full of ice. When you complain, they make excuses about how the walkways are seldom used. They also have rediculous claims on their lease. I think the state should take a look at their lease. For utility hookups, these people are a joke. Even the cable technician had a few things to say about their policies. They are too strict at their recreation facilities, also. At the pool, for instance, they have an appointed 'life guard', who just complains each time a child starts having fun there. Maybe this is because of the 'retirement home' environment, but they sure don't make this known when you are looking into moving there. Be warned---stay away---they are not warwick's best as they claim. I've seen much better for half the price.

I'll be glad to go when the time comes.
