I wish there was a Royal Crest where I now live...

My Aunt lived at the Royal Crest Apartments for more than 20 years. Being her grand neice, I often helped her out in her elder years, and often stayed with her when she was ill. The property was always beautifully landscaped and the staff I met with were always very accommodating to the needs of my Aunt.
I will say, however, it is really not a family oriented complex, so those prospective tenants might want to think twice about living there long term, it is more for the no-kids crowd, although there are families who do live there.
I also found them to be VERY particular about to whom they will lease. As a matter of fact, before I knew I would be moving, I wanted to live there myself. The manager at the time frankly admitted to me that they do not often rent to people just out of college. At the time I was attending grad school, and they said they don't often rent to students of any kind. However, since my Aunt was such a long term tenant before she passed on, they did make an exception and offered me a lease, but by that time, my plans had changed.
But let me tell you this..even though the rent is pricey there, it is far better than the apartments I lived in here in Texas for about the same price..and there's not even snow to clear here.
Bottom line..if you like quiet, don't need tons of amenities for kids, and don't have to enter or exit the complex when school lets out, you should enjoy it there.
