This place is definitely not all it's claimed to be. Some of the neighbors are low-life sick-o's who belong either in rehab or in jail.

I wholeheartedly agree with you that some of the Royal Crest residents are dirtbags.

The only thing I've noticed is that they're not very friendly. I guess that is the Northeast for ya.
