We are so happy to be leaving. We came here eve though the price is outragous because it would be great for the kids to play.

They advertise well manicured lawns and walking paths, well if you can dodge allthe goose poo more power to you. It is disgusting! they do not even keep the walk clear where the children have to line up for the school bus! there is no where for the kids to run and it smells. Then management has the nerve to send out notices about the dog owners not picking up aftr thier dogs ARE YOU KIDDING ME! how can they even tell with all the goose poo on the lawns!

As for your office staff please give it up.When we came to look everyone was all smiles and happy happy but god forbid you have a concern or complaint or even a suggestion!

The decks are all peeling and have a chance for lead and they refuse to fix them, the laundry area always has problems. the snow removal is a joke. Parking is horrible never a spot! always feel the wind coming in through the slider and windows!

I am thankful to be leaving!

However I must say the maintenance staff for the most part is great always try to help

You are right in a few observations: Duck poo everywhere is true but where else are they going to go? Laundry problems just go out to the nearest public laundrymat, end of problem. Balcony rails not painted, this is not such a big of an issue, it's pretty minor. Nothing is perfect but Royal Crest comes very close to it. Go apt shopping and you'll see for yourself.

The Goose Poo problem has abated quite a lot since they started allowing tennants to have small dogs. Now, the geese stay nearer to the pond. As for the office = any problem that I have brought to their attention, has been speedily rectified. ie - new toilet, blinds for Slider, Wall Paper, kitchen faucet, plus several other items. I will admit the balcony rails need work, as does the balcony ceiling for those living beneath one, but in their defense, they did replace all the doors and windows, as well as performing extensive exterior building maintence this year. All in all, it's a safe, quiet place to live ! We will happily sign up for the 3 year term when the time arrives.
