The grounds are gorgeous and that is pretty much it. The staff is clueless and the apartments are dated and utilities are high.. They also for some strange reason Forget to pay the realtors fee. Call the office and listen to their Script it is to, to funny.... They sound like a bunch of telemarketers.

It is really simple....This place like so many other around the US are owned by AIMCO. Their moto is literally to make the most money possible for our investors. The staff is trained to lie(Believe me I know first hand!) and if you got the cash you are welcomed with open arms. They would rather spend thousands of dollars on flowers and making the grounds look nice enough to attract new fools who dont know any better, than to spend it on the totally outdated apartments that they cover up rather than fix. Bug situation...this place is and will always be infested. I have seen the files and know how long term this problem is. The exterminator has a weekly scheduleing time for Thursdays. EVERY WEEK!!!! I watched as bed bugs spread from one apartment to another then from building to building. Going to see this place for the first time? Be careful... the building where they show their "Model Home" is one of the bed bug buildings. Speaking of model apartment...take a closer look even in that one and you can find broken windows and horrible doors and frames. Enjoy the view from the balcony but dont look up! Gross! Simply put if you want to give your money away and live in a tent on the grounds, go for it! Just dont sleep in the geese SH%*!

Hey, you get a roof over your head and a mowed lawn. What more could anyone ever want. There is no-way that all the bad stories on this website could be true.
