The one thing the Villa had over any other apartment I've ever lived in was how quiet it once was. Now it is loud and the managemnt does nothing help you deal with noisy neighbors.

Heat and water are free so they've fixed it so the water doesn't actually get hot.

I hate this place, we only stay because it is close to work and moving now would only cost more money (should have bought when we moved into the area but it was too late when we came to that conclusion).

Don't live here.
