I have lived here for about 10 years and I have NEVER seen it this bad! Picerne Real Estate Group ownes this and this is there pride and joy! They own alot of places in RI and they are all horrible healthhazardous dumps! I've heard people falling through balconies that are attended to be fire escapes, the filthy conitions of the apts... but anyway back to why I am writing this. The Villa Del Rio has experienced a rash of breakins and management must think its an inside job (an employee or resident) since they sent a letter to each resident saying that they have the police watching everybody. The elevator constantly breaks, its sooo noisey! Managment is terrible and the most unproffessional people.. They really are good people but they have to enforce the "corporate rules" and Picerne's rules are only out to benefit Picerne and the fat ass ----- Cindy Huttman who prances around here like she is better than everyone else. She is the head of all the Picerne apts, so that is why they all suck!

For the love of God stay away from any Picerne site!!!!!
