I have lived at the Villa Del Rio for almost one year. In this year whenever I needed maintenance they were very attentive and fix my problems within 24 hours.
The office staff has been nothing but helpful and courteous to me and my family. Lillian, the manager has listened to my needs since day one and we have nothing but nice things to say about her and the leasing staff. If anyone has anything negative to say about the staff here they obviously do not know them.
The apartments are a great size. The community is beautiful. The location is great. We use the fitness center and game room all of the time. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to live in a large apartment with utilities and in a great location.
