I am a current resident of the Villa Del Rio apartments. Overall I think it is a nice place. In the summer it is colorful and beautiful. The staff here is wonderful and try their BEST to fix problems and make the residents happy, especially this winter when we received that terrible blizzard. The maintenance men worked numerous hours and stayed up all night just to plow out our cars.

Even though I like living here, I do have some opinions to share that could help improve it. For instance, maybe installin newer windows would help with the incoming drafts in the winter which would lower the cost of heating. Another would be to reduce the temperatue in the hallways, also changing over to centeral air that could be more cost efficient.

My last opinion would be to have more seletion of pets. I think this because I feel being able to have other pets here than just cats would draw more people to live here. For instance having birds, reptiles, fish, and especially dogs. I think if Picerne would allow dogs, more people would love to be a resident here.

If we were allowed dogs, you could charge and extra fee on our rent. The bigger the dog, the higher the fee. You could also put in a doggie-daycar where the volley ball court is which could include trainging of your dog and grooming.
