There are a couple of reasons why it is bad. The first and upmost reason being the mall. The mall may seem like a bonus, but the weeks leading up to and away from the holidays make it a nightmare. There are times it might take 30 minutes to get from the front of the mall to the complex.

The second is the way the complex is ran. I tried to get a satillite dish put in on my balcony, but they said if I did they would come by and take it down. I was forbidden from putting it up. They actually took the guys down that lived downstairs from me. This is actually against the law for them to even say you can't put one up. Go check the FCC if you want, I did, but they don't care, they just say it is private property and they can do what they want.
