These units are touted as luxury, but are only nice due to grounds and building construction. The apartments themselves are very basic; junk cabinetry in the kitchen, useless air conditioning, standard intercomm system. A/C consists of window units mounted to the wall. In the one bedroom model there is only one A/C unit in the living room and is unable to even cool the living room, nevermind the bedroom! Noise dampening is outstanding; the only noise that can be heard is through the door. The walls are solid as a rock. Grounds are nice but the nearby cinema denegrated the overall environment for a couple of the buildings.
