Apartments are dated and dumpy. They take care of the grounds, not the buildings.
There's more and more riff-raff moving in.More vandalism and theft,too. Stolen cars are on the increase. Sometimes at night thieves will jack the cars up and steal the wheels. They no longer have security at night. There are no cameras on the property.
On top of it all, they are jacking the rents up big-time on the long-term, loyal tenants.......in some cases over $200 a month!!! And there is a BIG turnover of people only staying for a year or two. Most of the problem lies with the upper management, not the office staff. Time to get out!!
