slum lords the ground floor apartment would back up human waste from under the toilet. we physically had to clean up the crap. their solution: they put caulking around the bottom which eventually gave way to more waste coming out when anybody in any apartment above us flushed.

too many dogs, noisey and staff could care less after move out If you like barking dogs and beautiful landscape and wish to pay top dollar..RC is for you..I lived there 4 years and glad to be out of there. The staff is very helpful when you live there, but they do a 180 when you leave.
