Villa Del Rio Apartments 30% Recommended Apr 30 2008: I lived at Villa Del Rio for 2.5 years, and left in Feb. '08 due to job relocation. The only things that really bothered me didn't have much to do with the community or management. One: the resident who lived Villa Del Rio Apartments 30% Recommended Apr 14 2008: Villa Del Rio is absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. I work with multiple people that recently moved in here and all of them have had problems. When they sweep the parking lots, they make everybody, even the Villa Del Rio Apartments 30% Recommended Apr 01 2008: My husband and I have lived here 5 years. It's quiet and close to Warwick Mall, Showcase Cinemas, restaurants, everything you need day to day and close and accessible to all major highways. Even though it's an older development, a Villa Del Rio Apartments 30% Recommended Mar 08 2008: I lived here for 6 months while I was working a temporary contract. The place was a dump. There were piles of straightpins or tacks underneath the carpet in the dining room.. dont dare walk through there barefoot. After a Royal Crest Estates 52% Recommended Feb 29 2008: First let me say. I use to LOVE living here. But things have changed! I've lived in 2 apt. I upgraded a few years ago. and Yes they do charge you to "break your lease". Back then it was $500 |
