Echo Valley is a dismal, hellish complex populated with physically/mentally degenerated "mutants" and/or drug addicts. The place is reminiscent of a ravished inner city slum or the shadows of one's darkest nightmares. Enter this slime-ridden enclave at your own peril.

People have the nerve to say the complex manager, Loretta Brown is doing anything about the problems in Echo Valley, Well First of all She was a habitual drug user and prostitute! She has a FELONY CRIMINAL RECORD too. Maybe the ones who were involved in the big bust learned from her??? So My advice to Ms.Brown is "DON'T THROW STONES AT GLASS HOUSES"
