the manager loretta brown is not suitable for this job all she cares about are her three daughters whot live here who probably are here on false pretenses. She also has a past felony record. How she got this position is unreal to me. The management company Aimco company is not there job as well.the only one who works around here is roger the maintenance helper. The maintenance manager is a joke he lives in a 2 bedroom and its just him. THere is alot of drug activity and felons who live here and loretta does not even care. You can just check her out or go ask the west warwick police about this place since they are here almost every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never had a problem with Loretta, so i think she's fine, and does a good job. It's the people who live at echo valley who are the problem. People should just mind there own business, and be nice. Why can't people get along? Who cares if Loretta has a record, everyone has a past, and nobody is perefect.
