I have been here for about 3 months and its quiet and cozy. For 795.00 with heat and hot water you cant beat the price. I have a dishwasher and garbage disposal and electric stove, I cook a lot and bake and my electric bill has not been over 50.00 a month. You would never know there are animals around unless you see them. Tenants are good with keeping it clean. My only complaints are the hall ways are never vacumed and the laundry room trash is not emptied frequently enough and parking is on the tight side. There is only one washer and one dryer per. building but I dont usually have any problem getting in to use it. I give this a 4 star rating.
