For the area these apartments are very overpriced. You can find a two bedroom for 1100 at most places with utilities included and these apartments are 1400 for the same space with no utilities, you even have to pay for water.

The apartment complex does a horrible job with clearing the snow off the sidewalks and even a worse time with salting and sanding the parking lots and the sidewalks.

Overall the apartments are way overpriced and you get nothing. The clubhouse is small as is the pool and the gym. There is only one trash dumpster for the propery, so get prepared for a hike when taking the trash out. It was 2 buildings away from me.

And then there is the lack of parking by your building. My building had very little parking by it, when I said something to the management they told me I could walk. Noise between the apartments is horrid. I had the police called on me for just watching TV.

I would recommend that you run from this complex. It may look nice, but it is crap.
