not worth the price

These are extremely overpriced, and wrongly advertised as "luxury" apartments.
The worst of the problems is the misleading sign outside the garbage dumpster which reads "TRASH AND RECYCLING." I spoke to the waste collection company, and they do not recycle for these apartments. There is only one dumpster and it is far from most of the buildings (so you either carry it a long distance or are forced to put it in your car!)It is also within smelling distance of the pool!
The stairways are not enclosed, so there is little security, or protection from the weather. There is only one entrance to my third floor apartment, and the balcony is very high because the apartments below have high ceilings (escape a fire in the stairwell- not a chance') The stairs and balcony are made of untreated wood, so you can't go barefoot. The parking area is dangerous after it snows, as they make little effort to remove it. The pool is tiny. The walls are thin. The appliances are cheap. The floorplans are awkward. If you get home after 7PM, there are no parking spots near the entrances. Try the Cowesett Hills apartments instead. Lovely grounds, much cheaper, great management!
