An average complex to live in this part of town. It is definately over priced. Nice place to live if you are single or married with no kids. This is definately not a kid friendly community. Other than the pool, there is absolutely nothing for the kids to do, Period! The garbage compressor is always overflowing. Imagine the mess that greets your eye on a Monday morning.
