I've lived here for a few years now and I love it! The apartments and grounds are beautiful and very well-kept. The maintenance guys keep the property very clean and the landscapers that come out every week keep it looking beautiful!
In some of the previous reviews I noticed that a lot of people complained about management. I've heard some things about the previous manager, but we now have two new managers that work in the office and they are great! They've been very helpful and understanding with recent concerns that I've had. Afterall, they must be doing something right if the community is 95% occupied (I asked them last week just out of curiosity). The maintenace guys are great too. I've had experiences in the past where the maintenance guys put very little effort into fixing things but these guys get the job done right and quickly.
I'm not sure what experiences people in the past may have had, but I do know that the current managers and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful and are doing a great job at managing this property!
