quiet place, no nosy neighbours, lots of parking for tenants and guests (but sometimes its difficult to get ur own parking as others tend to park their cars just when u need it most!!), very well tended small back lawns. The a/c is quite ancient though and the carpet needs to be replaced. But once u stay here you kinda start liking the place!
