they continue to raise the rent but never fix anything. if they "fix" something it is done cheaply and you still have the same problems. Elevators are still always breaking down and take for ever. Laundry room has new machines but they do not have hot water, nor do the machines fill up all the way & the dryers do not always work. Hallways are like an oven and they are patched with plaster all over for a year now and we keep being told they are putting new wall paper up. The window when it is cold have actual ic eon the inside. You can carve things in to the ice - it is that thick. Then when it melts it runs down the wall and on to your belongings. And walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors. And you can hear everything from outside even above the 30th floor.

this property does not have elevators and only has 2 floors- not 30. this comment has been misposted.
