These apartments are great if you don't mind living next to obnoxious party kids who are up at all hours and are loud, if you like an apartment infested with house centipedes and silver fish, and a almost nonexistent garbage pickup service. Also don't touch the ceiling tiles, theyre covered in mold and disgusting black sludge. Also the new owners do not do BCI as I am now living next door to a convicted felon who likes to yell at his gf in the middle of the night. Getting through to the property manager is impossible, I question his existence.
But if you need a place quick and cheap that will rent to anyone, this is the place! The only nice thing is that there is plenty of parking but no lights at night. The maint. guy is a joke too. My shower was leaking and he finally showed up at 7pm to fix it, after a ceiling tile fell from being so water logged and supposedly fixed it, except, oops, it's leaking again.
