Thank god that this proeprty was purchased a few years back. When I moved in Picerne owned it and made many promises that were never kept. I complained for months about a broken window with a repose that maintenance had the work order. Once new management took over the issue was resolved in a few days with a new window. I have lived here for many years and it is a pleasure to deal with the staff, very helpful.
