This place sucks. It is dirty, the elevators smell like urine, the carpets are filthy and the parking is a nightmare. Also, the office staff is so immature it's like dealing with highschoolers. Who would want to pay these prices for a crappy home with crappy service in a depressed neighborhood. Look elsewhere. I can't wait to move out.

I lived at Royal Mills for a year and although I agree with most of what you are saying, I have to disagree with the fact the apartments are crappy. My 1 bedroom was absolutely beautiful and the envy of many. Do I think the prices were too high? Absolutely. Do I think it was worth it? No. But I can't let readers of this review think that the apartments aren't gorgeous. Unfortunately, the apartments themselves are about the only thing good about this complex.
