Shady Oaks has it's up and downs, People fixing things are terrible. And as the other person said at 11pm there will be kids out side screaming, skateboarding etc. You call Shady Oaks to complain and they tell you "I'm sorry it's off hours, we cannot do anything" even though it's there property.

My bathroom has had to be fixed 8 times in the almost two years I have lived here, and 5 of those times were because my bathtub was leaking water.

I've also had to call around December, it was about 10pm, we just got home and our house was 35 degrees because our heat was broken, we called Maintenance and were told that this was "not on the top of there list" and they would get here when they could. They didn't end up showing up till about 2am.

Plus, rent went up, it's not worth it to live here.
