Shady Oaks

Nice area, but people who live here are worse than bums. Loud all the time, some ------ bag outside is always squealing his tire and burning clutch while driving. The parking lot is always dirty and extremely dusty. The maintenance is slow but some of the staff are O.K. They never warn you when water is shut off and then take a long time to fix it. The management is O.K, one manager is really nice and she is always on top of things. the rest of the team are stupid and lazy. Watch out for some kids who have the worst mouth - this young girl is always swearing and yelling across the complex. If you have young kids, buy a pair of headsets to prevent learning bad words. The yard floods alot when RI pours its lovely rain. The windows leak all the time and these retards alway come and caulk the wall when its really the entire wall and interior is screwd up. The maintenance are really good at patching and duct taping the problem. There is mold in my apt. hence i am getting out of here. The fix for the mold from the maintenance was spraying white paint over it. For what you pay is alot and you get crap back. They have killed my fish here by coming in and spraying insecticides. They have ruined the bathroom and all of my windows and window walls leak when it rains. Heat shuts off at times with no warning and the guys can never fix it right. The hallways are dirty because nasty people live here and the laundry room is never kept up.
