The property is beautiful, the office staff are very nice, and maintenance is on top of things. I have lived here for a few years, now, and the staff has changed. The people running things now are a lot better than the past! I recommend this place to everyone I know who is looking for a new place! It is SO close to route 2 and the highways...so convenient! And of course the rent goes up every year! Now matter where you live there is an increase every year! Great place to live!

Obviously this rating is from someone who works here! They are becoming very desperate to have people move in because there are so many apartments available. We have lived here for a long time and know tons of other families that have been here for a very long time and no one is satisfied! People should see how many people are moving out of this place because of the issues they have had living here. They make the place look great to move into but once you live here and something goes wrong in the apartment do not expect maintenance to fix it. BAD BAD place to live.
