Poor Lighting; thin walls; ancient air conditioning units

I lived one year at Tanglewood. At first, everything looked great. Then some of the outside lighting went out and it stayed dark out there for months. After I asked over and over again to have the lights fixed, it finally was fixed for a about a week- then another light would go out!
The buildings are old, with a few layers of paint to hide that fact. The walls were so thin, I could hear my neighbors take showers, talk and have sex. I paid $810 a month plus a fee for garbage and water, for a 3 room apartment with "central air". The problem was that the central air unit was old and rusted from the 1970's. We even had a problem where the drainage pipe leading from the air conditioner to the outside suddenly backed up. It was blocked with dust and rust chips. The water backed over the drainage pan, onto the closet floor, soaked our stuff that we had there, then continued down through the floor, and collapsed the ceiling of the tenant downstairs!
As for parking, you had better take a flashlight if you don't want to run into skunks(they were everywhere) or trip over something. The lighting was terrible and took them months to fix. If you were lucky you were able to find one parking spot NEAR your building. If not, you had to walk a ways. There are better apartments out there for the same prices. YOU WERE WARNED...RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
