Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
I lived there in the late 1990s.--(1997-1998)
Back then it was a good place to live.
Water view in the back.
I had 2 beds, good sized closets,
Kitchen was small.
The only thing I didn't like was the storage.
You had to enter on the Providence street side.
BUG CITY!

Wouldn't live there now if YOU GAVE ME FREE RENT!
All section 8 from what I understand.
Place is run down now, and the mgmt is not friendly or helpful at all!
