Finally New Management!!!! - I have lived in Tanglewood for about 1 year now. In June of 2009 a new owner bought the complex from Equity Residential. I now have a quality maintenance staff who are on every issue in minutes. The new management in the office are polite, respectful and professional. Do not trust pictures on any web site about Tanglwood Village The web sites says heated pool and showes 2 lighted tennis courts. Well no heated pool and only 1 tennis court unligthed and run down. The club house is nothing to speak of. You also have extras you have to pay for like water and sewer

Bad management I had an experience where the maintenace crew entered my apartment without consent. I also had a number of people complain about my dog being too big even though he was approved to live there which basically led to my being harassed by the management. This ended up being the worst
