We cannot complain as we've been here almost 10 years. The clientele has changed since we first arrived, but it's like that everywhere. You either adjust or move on. All your utilities are included except for cable, computer and telephone which you pay thru your local cable company. It's a quiet neighborhood, enough parking, the maintenance is available when needed and the staff is pleasant. I would recommend anyone to live here if they can afford it.
