which isnt all that much more then most apartments. Usually most landlords will not replace every toilet and fixture, and with 400.00 winter gas bills and 100 electric bills in poorly insulated apartments. Not many apartments in woonsocket will allow you to have a pool table or treadmill(because of noise) and not all that many even have laundry or off street parking. The pool is not always open or crowded but Ive heard they are changing some things around over there..Im not sure why people have complained about parking. I dont know what your smoking but there are always parking spots and laundry open. Overall you get what you pay for and im happy here. Oh and free wifi internet saves money too....
