East manor is one of REPM's properties. It is very quiet and a good place to live.If you are 50 or older it is ideal..The tenants are mostly retired and extremely friendly.The Maintanance staff is very efficient.The rental agent for this property works with you,not against you if you have any problems.Ample storagespace,onsite laundry,carports,swimming pool,Small decks on some apts.newer appliances,dishwashers,new self cleaning stoves,air conditioners and the grounds are very well maintained.If you are looking for a quiet and safe place to live it is perfect.
