I lived here for four years. The bldg was nicely renovated some time ago, maybe a few years before I got there, using good materials and solid workmanship. These apts are simple and honest, with no expensive frills. The bldg is very, very clean and everything works. The neighbors were virtually silent the whole time I was there. The rooms are big, with plenty of elec outlets. The water heaters are individual to each apt. Parking is safely off the road and very private.

The owner is the nicest and most attentive landlady one could ask for. She responded to repair requests sometimes on the same day and always with serious tools and materials. She values her tenants' opinions highly and never springs any unpleasant surprises on you. Her rates were extremely reasonable, even cheap, but the service never lacked anything.

If you see an opening at Riverview Apts, jump on it!
