Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2007
 
The worst place you could ever live. Unless of course you speak Spanish. The manager does anything and everything as long as you speak her language. The place is a DUMP! Maintanence has no idea what they are doing. They think they are plumbers, carpenters, etc. But they know absolutely nothing. There is no assigned parking and there are way too many nosebags.
