I LIVED THERE FOR 12 YEARS. I ORIGINALLY LIVED IN 293 FOR 10 YRS AND NEVER ONCE HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANYONE. AS SOON AS I WAS MOVED TO 240 INTO A 3 BEDROOM, IT WAS NOTHING BUT DRAMA AND COPS OUTSIDE ALL THE TIME, BUT NOT DOING THEIR JOB. I WAS RECENTLY JUMPED BY A MY NEIGHBOR AND HER BOYFRIEND, MIND YOU WHO HAS A FELONY CHARGE OF SHOOTING AT A NEWPORT POLICE OFFICER AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ON THE PROPERTY. HE HAS BEEN THERE FOR 2 YRS AND THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE KNEW THIS AND DID NOTHING. HE HAS GOTTEN INTO ATLEAST 4 FIGHTS IN 2 YRS AND HIS GIRLFRIEND ALSO HAS MANY ASSAULT CASES ON HER. NEITHER ONE WAS FORCED TO MOVE OFF THE PROPERTY. NOW A BIG PROBLEM HAPPENED AND I AM FORCED TO LEAVE MY APT. AND THEY ARE STILL THERE. HMMMMM, MAKES YOU WONDER WHEN THE NEIGHBOR IS SPANISH AND I AM WHITE. THE MANAGEMENT AND THE REST OF THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE ARE SPANISH. YOU DO THE MATH. AS FAR AS MAINTANANCE, I WILL MISS THEM. THEY WERE ALWAYS GOOD TO ME EVEN THO YES IT DOES TAKE A WHILE FOR THEM TO FIX SOMETHING. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU ARE SPANISH, THEN YOUR IN LIKE FLYNN.

In reguards to your comment, I strongly agree! If you are spanish or a snitch, you get away with every thing what's really sad is the people that keep to themself are the one's that pay the price. Nothing gets done that is supposed to and yet when its time for recerts then you need to say how high when they say jump. It amazes me how the waiting list is so long to get in here unless you cook for and/or brown nose the property manager and her court of followers. Real changes need to be done here and fast. past tenant of "ROCK RIDGE LIVING"

THE ONE WHO IS POSTING AN AD SAYING THEY WERE THROWN OUT FOR NO REASON.I BELIEVE I READ ABOUT YOU .YOU STABBED SOMEONE ON THE PROPERTY.YOUR TALKING ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE THAT DOESNT JUSTIFY WHAT YOU DID.YOU SEEM SO MISERABLE.GET A LIFE
