Yeah. Unfortunately I am still here. I can't complain really cause this was the cheapest place that we could afford at the time. They raise the rent every year by $25 if you plan on staying for another year otherwise if you stay for 6 months they raise it about $100 more. So here we are still stuck here. Parking SUCKS! Apparently you are only allowed 2 cars per unit and you are NOT GUARANTEED a parking spot in front of your apt. which also sucks if you have kids and groceries and it is pouring down rain when you are trying to find a parking spot. Too many college kids here that ALWAYS have parties and friends over. They take up the parking and when you call about it no one gets here in time to issue parking tickets. For those who follow the rules get jacked out of things and no one cares. I can't wait to move out of here. As soon as my loan comes through for a house we are out of here. The only good thing about this place is the Maintenance Staff. They get crapped on too. All they are trying to do is their jobs and they get fussed at not only by residents but by the staff as well. We love the Maintenance staff but not the managers. The maintenance staff makes sure to get the job done the first time. If it weren't for the Maintenance Staff then this place would be the dumps!
