We have lived here almost a year. Not a month has gone by that something is not broken. The leasing office employees are fumbling idiots. They lack knowledge and are rude and do not follow through on any requests. Maintenance does not respond to calls but I blame that on the folks in the lease office. When maintenance does get around, the work is incomplete. If you want to be happy while residing in an apartment, please search the area for somewhere other than Churchill Commons. We did not do our homework before we moved in. If we would have asked around, we would have seen that everyone pretty much agrees that this is not the place to live.

Unfortunately, there are many residents that will never be satisfied with community living, while others understand the in's and out's of daily management. I think Churchill Commons is a great place to live, and everyone goes above and beyond in the office. I hope that your experience at Churchill will have a positive outcome, ours has been.

You have to be joking, I have lived in Churchill Commons for years and it is going down hill so fast I don't think they can put the brakes on.

I find Churchill Commons to be very convenient, and the on site management team is very accomodating. I love having a Guest Suite for my visitors to stay, other than my apartment. Did you know they have cable internet now and a golf package for residents? I've enjoyed the grounds, the charcoal grills in the park area and have lost a few pounds using the FREE Gold's Gym membership. Honestly, living in an apartment isn't always going to be easy street, but that goes with owning a house too. So, for the money, the amenities are awesome. Did you ever think, you may get more with a bright outlook and approach, vs. the darkside? Happy news, I've been here for quite sometime and love it. If you don't like it here, leave it for those who do.

This place sucks. The Office staff are lieing idiots that are so rude. They tell you one thing and do another. They are now making you pay $25.00 extra a month for cable internet when you do not need it because you already have service from some one else. You sign a contract and they change it so they can raise your rent. As long as you have a parking sticker they say they will not tow your vehicle, but they will even if you are parked legally. They did this to me cuz I gave my 2 month moving notice. They will not honor the contract that you sign and they will be more than rude if you have a complaint. I have asked them about speed-bumps to slow down people cuz I and others have been almost hit by these people that can not drive the posted 10 mph limit and all they say is get their tag and they will do something about it and that speed-bumps cost too much!!! They will do nothing and I should not have too run down these people that think this is Daytona Int. Speedway. I suggest that if you plan to move here rethink it cuz this place sucks and there is much other better apts. around Aiken.
