I have lived here for 6 months and in that short time, we have seen th management company make several improvements. Any time I have gone to the office with an inquiry or issue, I have been greeting professionally and cordially. When we first turned on the AC, the drain was blocked and the run off of the condensation was leaking into the closet. The immediately came and fixed it and we haven't had any issues since. they ever recharged the unit for us without asking. The only complaint I have is that after several low income people were allowed to move in, we had some property stolen from our balcony. But there is a nightly patrol of police officers and since that has happened, there have been no issues. The grounds are spotlessly maintained and the maintenance guys are awesome!!!
