I've lived here for a year now. Since new management has taken over the Colonies security has gone way down. They care more about saving money than keeping their residents safe. I would not recommend considering this apartment to live if you have young children or like a sense of security. We've had several people come into our complex that are not residents and use our facility at ALL hours of the night. Under age drinking, the use of illegal drugs, and weapons. Management shows no interest in doing anything about this issue.
