Dark and gloomy apartments

My apartment was very dark and gloomy - the lighting is very bad and they have a lot of trees in front of the apartments that block out the sunlight. The air conditioning did not work well, and the water heater leaked and my carpet was soaked. The water in the toilet would run during the day when I was at work, and I would have outrageous water bills. I stayed in Trotter's Run after staying in The Colony, and it has much better lighting. It's also almost brand new, but less expensive than The Colony.
