This complex is over priced. Management/Owners try to cut corners on everything cheap paint, flowers, carpet etc. I've been hear 6 months and something breaks at least once per month. My toilet has stoped up twice, closet doors fall off repeatedly, dishwasher is old and moldy, lighting outside and in is very poor. Also they are very lax about who can move in, last month on my way to work I saw the police carrying my neighbor away in handcuffs. Also another neighbor got their car window bashed in about 3 months ago. This could have been prevented if there were better lighting outside and a security guard were hired to patrol the grounds at night.

I know there was also a shooting there a year or so ago. A resident shot the security patrol person.
