I have to say that I am shocked by the last 2 reviews! I have lived at Gatewood for the last 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about Gatewood and its staff. When I heard about this website I thought this would be a great time to say what a wonderful place Gatewood Apartments was to live. I have had little concerns that anyone would have in an apartment over the years, but they have always been taken care of quickly. Jonathan is a great maintenance person and has always been friendly efficient. Jennifer is beyond description. I would never have thought that I could have a more wonderful landlord. She is not only a good landlord, but a beautiful person. The thing about Gatewood is that they care about the people living there. They always take time to speak to everyone and listen if you need them too. No the apartments are not state of the art, but they are very nice and taken well care of. No one is perfect, but the staff did not really deserve the last reviews. If you are looking for a place in Aiken, Gatewood is a wonderful choice.
