Notice that in most of the good reviews, the staff is highly praised' Hmmm. If you're looking for someplace nice to live in Aiken, dont' stop at Gatewood. The apartments are old and need repair, which doesn't happen often. There are lots of kids there too, which keeps the noise level up. If you're looking for a quiet, clean place, for the price they are charging, you can find better. There's also no assigned parking and not enough spaces. There were quite a few times I had to walk a ways to get back to the apartment, and then you couldnt watch your car to make sure it was ok. I would not have moved here if I knew what I know now.
