It's my understanding that the apartments are old, but they are renovating as people move out. I moved into an apartment with brand new carpeting, appliances, and kitchen. The staff is very friendly, maintenance is handled right away, and the neighborhood is quiet. My son loves it because there are plenty of kids to play with. The townhouse floorplan is a bit odd, and storage is low, but I'll give that up because this is such a great place to live.
