I lived at Trotters Run twice the first time no one had hardly moved in yet and I had the manager letting people into my apt. to do work and I was home sleeping. Than I lived there for 2 or almost 3 years and the regional manager is rude no help about anything and could care less if you live there or not. The apartments were nice and went downhill there is trash out on decks and hallways people leave outside the doors, the breezeways need pressure washing often which did not happen they were nasty with drinks spilled, trash, and cigarhettes thrown everywhere.
They started renting to a lot of college kids and the noise got out of control.
Some friends of ours who lived above us just moved back in after moving up north and found a house after only 2 months they had a list of fees to pay and the apartments were not clean when they moved in. (yes they had two, parents moved down and rented a separate apt.) 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
